• Aggregated fish count data from sportfishing landings
• Trip schedules and availability from partner landings
• Ocean conditions (tides, sea surface temperature, buoy data)
• Solunar feeding predictions and fishing recommendations
• Boat and landing directory information

The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources. We are not affiliated with any specific landing or charter service.

3. Accuracy of Data

While we strive for accuracy, fish counts, trip schedules, and ocean conditions are provided for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to reporting gaps or third-party errors. Pacific Hook is not responsible for decisions made based on this data.

4. Bookings and Transactions

Pacific Hook does not process bookings or payments. When you click a "Book Trip" link, you are redirected to a third-party booking site. All booking terms, cancellations, and refunds are governed by those third parties, not Pacific Hook.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access or overload the Service
• Attempt to access other users' data or compromise site security
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Pacific Hook — including design, code, text, and graphics — is the property of Pacific Hook and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
